For body oil products, labels need to resist oil and moisture while being flexible enough for various container sizes, shapes, and materials. Some of the best materials include:

• • Polypropylene (PP): Highly resistant to oil and water, and maintains its integrity on flexible surfaces.
  • Polyester (PET): Durable and resistant to moisture and oils, ideal for a high-end look.
  • Vinyl: Offers excellent durability and moisture resistance, suitable for curved or flexible containers.

At Blue Label, we can help you choose the right materials, finishing techniques, and adhesive options to ensure your body oil labels withstand oil, moisture, and wear. Durable materials like polypropylene, polyester, and vinyl, combined with finishes like lamination or UV coating, provide excellent resistance. Choosing the right adhesives can prevent labels from peeling or slipping over time.

Using materials and adhesives that aren’t made to withstand oil and moisture, like those commonly used on a home printer, can result in labels that smudge, tear, or fall off.

Our printers are capable of matching up to 97% of the full color spectrum, allowing us to achieve precise color reproduction for your beer labels. We use advanced CMYK printing to produce an extensive gamut of colors. For designs requiring an expanded range, we also print using WOVG ink sets which add white, orange, violet and green.

Our top-of-the-line color management program and processes ensure we hit the correct hues, tints and shades. We color calibrate and profile all of our presses so your unique color palettes and gradations print true to your vision.
